Policy Review

Team E-Justice is currently reviewing Emergency Operations Plans and Hazard Mitigation Plans mandated by EPCRA (Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act). We will analyze policies using a comprehensive checklist  that determines whether certain requirements are filled, including whether information is provided for flooding and toxic releases and whether they specifically address Environmental Justice.
